What we keep
- Your name, email, phone number, and the address of the home we watch.
- The names and emails of family members you ask us to copy on reports.
- Your instructions for the house: thermostat setting, what to bring inside, who to call.
- Gate codes, alarm codes, and key locations. These are stored encrypted, are shown only to Gary on the phone during a visit, and never appear in any report or email.
- Photos taken inside and outside your home during visits, and the reports built from them.
- A record of when reports were sent and when they were opened.
How we use it
To visit your home, write your report, send it to you and the people you choose, and reach you when something needs attention. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Gary. The family members you list. A contractor, only if you ask us to arrange a repair, and only what they need for that job. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
Where it lives
Reports and photos are stored on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Photo and report links in emails expire after a short time. Nothing is posted anywhere public.
Signing in
There are no passwords. When you sign in we email you a six digit code and set one cookie so you stay signed in for 90 days on that device. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a client, plus one year, so you have your reports if you need them for insurance. Ask and we will delete everything sooner.
